Relevance

During the First War, Alloran was the host of Esplin 9466. He was freed afterwards and went into retirement. He returned to assist Tobias and Caysath in their defense of Hork-bajir.

As of Megamorphs 6, Alloran is the head of the Andalite War Council, placing him in charge of all military affairs.
